Cos’s Hinged Bolted Stop Collar is a single piece collar and the set crews are provided on the outer circle of the periphery which is meant for installing and is directly installed on the pipe by slipping on the casing without any hassle. It is fabricated using ductile iron therefore it has a good impact and fatigue capability. These kinds of collars are used in place where high axial loads are expected.

This works well in the installation of different cement baskets and various types of centralizers

Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar

Cos’s Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar comprises of two parts and hinged at two ends making an angle of 180 degree. This hinged Stop Collar has an internal groove and tightens the collar to the casing firmly. It can be latched on the casing pipe without having to be slipped on. This cementing product is easy to install and most effective where annual low clearance received. The stop collars are coated with to polyester powder which prevents it from getting rust.

Slip On Set Screw Stop Collar

COS’s Slip on Set Screw Stop Collars is single piece Collar that uses one row of set screws to induce the gripping force. It is used where high axial loads are expected, and is effective where low annular clearance is encountered. This Stop Collar is easy to install because it simply slides onto the casing.

COS’s Hinged Set Screw Stop Collars are made up of two pieces and hinged at the two ends making it 180 degree apart. The gripping force is applied by one of the row of Set Screw which tightens the collar to the casing firmly. They can be fastened on to the casing pipe and much easy to install. They are most effective in conditions where there is low annual clearance.

COS's Aluminium Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizers are developed in response to the need for better cementing in high deviated and horizontal well. These are designed to provide optimum flow and its fins or blades overlap the entire 360-degree open hole circumference. Therefore its reduced flow area between the spiral provides and creates vortex motion to increase fluid velocity with direction. Even without rotation, the relived angle fins/ blades induce turbulent flow for improved cutting and filter cake removal.

The angle of the uniquely designed spiral fin produced maximum fluid swirl, thus maximum removal of debris around the casing in any type of hole. These Centralizers withstand high well bore temperature while providing maximum horizontal standoff.

Cable Wall Cleaner

The reciprocating cable wall is a slip-on cleaner with an internal locking device . The overlapping high-alloy cable is interlaced with a full 360 degrees around the band. The cable wall cleaner is locked into the casing and does not require the use of stop collars. There is also a continuous interlocking and overlapping loop made of tempered steel wire cable which is laced into the hinged collars.

The bold holds the wipers in place and eliminates the need for stop collars. The Cable Wall Cleaner comes with a solid band styles and with a hinged design to use it on casing and tubing. This also takes away excess wall cake to improve the cement formation bonding by producing a wiping action during running and reciprocation.
